GRASSROOTS PROGRAM

Our house program is made up of 1 training session a week where players will learn the fundamentals of soccer, develop basic technical skills, and enjoy the beautiful game. The Winter season will have scrimmages, no league games with other towns.  

Players are advised to wear turf shoes for the indoor turf and running shoes for the gym.  All players must wear shin guards.

Winter Season 2 runs from January 6 - March 15, 2025

The Excelsior Winter Training Academy provides a professional and optimal learning environment and prepares players who want to take the game to the next level. 

This program is suitable for players who played Excelsior during the Spring or Fall 2024 season and for those who are interested in preparing for tryouts with Excelsior in the Spring 2025 season.

Excelsior sessions are twice a week with the exception of the 2007-2008 boys are once a week.

GK TRAINING

Coach Tom McGill takes your love of the game to a whole new level with the specialized goalkeeper training.

Dates: January 7 - Mar 15

Fees: $175 for one training session per week
